Join us in welcoming Brittney as our new Youth Group Leader
Our plans and goals for the youth program will continue to evolve and change as the group learns and grows in our faith together. As someone who values the importance of community, I am excited to bring together the youth group and the broader church. Of course the entire congregation has a role to play in supporting and encouraging the youth, whether through prayer, mentorship, small conversations or simply showing up to events and offering a smile and/or a listening ear.
What I can use your help to drive home with this group wherever possible is: reminding the teenagers that their walk with Jesus is not just a Sunday affair but something that can shape their lives every single day. This calls for perseverance and genuine encouragement in our own faith, which will be of utmost help to the youth as they discover the love of Jesus for themselves. I’m so grateful for the chance to be part of their journey, and I’m excited to see how God will continue to work in and through them.
